1. What We Collect
We collect the information you provide directly: your email address (for authentication), and the health and fitness data you log — including weight, steps, sleep, workout sessions, nutrition, check-in photos, and supplement logs.
If you connect Google Fit, we receive fitness data from Google on your behalf and store it in your account.
2. How We Use It
Your data is used solely to provide the Tigmetrics service to you — displaying your stats, generating your export snapshot, and syncing with connected services. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS). All data is isolated to your account using row-level security — no other user can access your records.
Check-in photos are stored in private Supabase Storage and are only accessible to your account.
4. Google Health
When you connect Google Health, we store an OAuth access token and refresh token in order to fetch your fitness data. We only request the scopes needed (steps, activity, weight, sleep, resting heart rate). You can disconnect Google Health at any time from the Settings page, which removes your tokens from our database.
5. Your Rights
You can export all your data at any time using the Export page. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
6. Cookies
We use a single session cookie required for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated occasionally. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
